Jiang Qian

Jiang Qian and Qu Minmin co-founded Qu Minmin & Jiang Qian Design Studio in 2013, focusing on design practice in the cultural field. Their works have received numerous international awards, including Best Book Design From All Over the World（Leipzig), the ADC Gold Cube (New York), D&AD Graphite Pencil (UK), the Asia Most Influential Design Gold Award, and the Hong Kong Global Design Gold Award. They have also served multiple times as jurors for the D&AD Awards, the China Book Design Art Exhibition, and The Most Beautiful Book in China. Their works are collected by the German National Library, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Macao Museum of Art, and Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen.

Beyond design practice, Jiang and Qu are active in publishing and design education. They jointly run an independent publishing project, exploring the materiality and cultural expression of books from a designer’s perspective. Their published art and design titles focus on the dissemination and renewal of design within contemporary cultural contexts, promoting the development of design education and cultural exchange between East and West.
