Starting at 9:30, Day 1 will be curated specifically for the Icelandic design community, taking full advantage of the presence of AGI members on this awesome rock in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
Day 2—Workshops & More
Day 2, starting again at 9:30, will focus on workshops, masterclasses, discussions, and small gatherings. Room-hopping could be a thing.

First Speakers Announced: Javier Jaén
Javier Jaén (Barcelona, 1983) studied graphic design and fine arts in Barcelona, New York, and Budapest. His professional activity focuses on editorial illustration, book covers, audiovisual projects, advertising, cultural communication, and the creation of his own work. He translates stories and concepts into images using a symbolic and playful language.

Julia Hasting
Julia Hasting is a German graphic designer based in Zurich. She is internationally recognized for her highly conceptual and uniquely crafted book designs. For over two decades, she has served as the creative director of the international art publishing house Phaidon, where her approach to book design helped shape the company's core product strategy.

Verònica Fuerte
Verònica Fuerte is the founder and Creative Directress of Hey, an independent design studio she established in Barcelona almost two decades ago. The studio is known for creating distinctive visual languages for clients ranging from cultural institutions to global companies.

Siggi Eggertsson
Siggi Eggertsson is an Icelandic artist and designer whose work turns rules into images. For more than two decades, he has built a visual language from grids, colour, geometry and repetition, applying it across illustration, typography, album artwork, installations, software, generative systems and digital publishing.
