Tin Nguyen

Tin&Ed
Tin Nguyen is an Australian artist based in New York and one half of the artist duo Tin & Ed. Their work explores the entanglement of life across biological, geological, and cosmic systems, uncovering connections that stretch beyond human time, space, and perception.
Spanning sculpture, immersive installation, and interactive media, Tin & Ed create multisensory environments that invite audiences to step outside a human-centered view of the world. They work across digital and physical mediums including kinetic sculpture, custom textiles, real-time simulations, augmented reality, and screen-based works. Through play, participation, and embodied experience, their practice fosters curiosity, empathy, and ecological awareness.
Tin & Ed are alumni and mentors of NEW INC, the New Museum’s art and technology incubator. Their work has been exhibited internationally at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Rockefeller Center, and Pioneer Works in New York, the Getty Museum in Los Angeles, the Barbican Centre in London, the ArtScience Museum in Singapore, and the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney.
